Conventions
- One source of truth per topic. Decisions live in the decision log of each product, with the date and the reason.
- Facts carry sources. Limits, prices and vendor behaviour link to the vendor documentation they were checked against, with the date.
- Status is explicit. Every design page states whether it is Proposed, Approved or Live.
- No secrets. Values of tokens, passwords and keys never appear here; pages name the secret and where it lives.
